• The ACHL-73xxxT product series are galvanic isolated hall effect sensors designed for AC or DC current sensing in automotive applications. These hall effect sensors consist of a precise, low-offset, line Hall circuit with a copper conduction path located near the surface of the die. Applied current flowing through this copper conduction path generates a magnetic field that the Hall IC converts into a proportional voltage.
• These high bandwidth, fully integrated hall effect current sensors provide reinforced isolation and accurate measurement for input current range up to 80A with overcurrent fault feedback. ’s automotive grade hall effect sensors are qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 test guidelines and suitable for automotive current sensing applications with operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
