High-capacity IPM
– The IPM (Intelligent Power Module) is a high-performance module equipped with a dedicated drive circuit to optimize the performance of IGBT chips, as well as a dedicated integrated circuit featuring self-protection functions (short circuit, control power supply voltage drop, overheat). In recent years, to effectively utilize energy, common industrial equipment often employs inverters capable of adjusting power frequency according to load conditions to drive and control motors. As a power semiconductor module for high-speed switching, IPMs with built-in drive and protection circuits are widely used in the output stage of inverters. In the V1 series IPM product lineup, the rated current can reach up to 800A, contributing to reduced losses, increased capacity, and reduced size in inverter equipment.
